SMART TECHNOLOGY

Intelligent technology designed and developed in La San Marco’s research and development department, equipped with two infrared sensors and specific detection software, it automatically measures the ground coffee according to the porta filter basket used, without the grinder operator having to select any settings. . All grinders with Smart technology come standard with the new “hands free” option, which supports the porta filter sanding basket during sanding, therefore leaving the sander operator hands free.

HANDS FREE SYSTEM

A system created by La San Marco that allows the basket to be held in place during the coffee grinding process, thus leaving the hands of the machine free. The Hands Free System comes with the SMART INSTANT range of grinders (grind on demand which automatically recognizes baskets with 1 or 2 nozzles) and is optional on INSTANT models (grind on demand).

NEW CENTENNIAL RING

An adjustment ring that allows more precise adjustments compared to previous models to adapt the size of the ground coffee particles to the humidity of the atmosphere, the coffee mixture and the type of grinder.
Aesthetically, the new centesimal ring makes the control settings easier to read with intuitive labeling that indicates the correct direction with an arrow to regulate the size of the ground particles.
The technically new system allows the distance between the burrs to be adjusted with an accuracy of one hundredth of a millimeter, which enables a more efficient extraction of volatile elements and, in turn, obtaining coffee with an excellent aromatic character.

Supplied as standard mounted on the left or on request mounted on the right or without. Made of technopolymer material with excellent physical and mechanical properties that meet international standards for handling food products.
